Dear Friends & Supporters,
As many of you know, the Boardwalk Subcommittee recently released its final report after several months of work. Please find here a recent assessment of the report by Ocean City 2050 that I hope you'll take a few minutes to read.
Overall, we believe the committee made a meaningful contribution. The report identifies several important challenges facing the boardwalk and offers a thoughtful framework for moving the discussion forward. At the same time, there are areas where additional analysis and public discussion are warranted before any zoning changes are considered.
